Seb Skelly

Seb Skelly’s parents can’t quite remember whether his first word was duck or car, but Seb is pretty certain he can remember playing his first note on the trumpet. It was a G, not a particularly pretty G, but a G nonetheless and one which would set his life on a path through all manner of musical experiences. After soaking up as many school bands and orchestras as he could, he went on to study music technology at university in 2013, exploring yet more avenues of music making. Whilst there he began to get involved in the UK festival scene playing with several bands he met which would eventually take him all over the world from Europe to Asia to Australia.

These days he can mainly be found on the internet peddling sheet music of his arrangements via his YouTube channel as well as writing, playing and touring with his band Bare Jams.

His favourite flavour of crisps is salt and pepper and his favourite road is the A303, though that’s probably more of a case of Stockholm syndrome.
