Darian Thompkins

Darian is a active private music teacher born an raised in Deridder , Louisiana. He teachers an assortment of instruments ,however, his first love is flute. As a private music teacher he gives lessons in person and online in Louisiana and San Antonio, Texas. He is a proud Alumni of Northwestern State University of Louisiana where he received his Bachelors of Liberal arts.  He studied Music, minored in Spanish and Music Performance. 
As a young composer he strives to grow and learn new techniques in music composition. He enjoys writing original pieces for Flute Choir Ensembles ,Chamber Music for woodwinds and some concert band pieces for Wind Symphony.
