Product Description

Wayfaring Stranger (also known as "Poor Wayfaring Stranger", "I Am a Poor Wayfaring Stranger", or "Wayfaring Pilgrim") is a familiar American folk and gospel song likely originating in the early 19th century prior to the Civil War in the U.S. Best known recordings are by Burl Ives, Paul Robeson, Emmy Lou Harris and many more.  In this Intermediate Piano Solo, McIntire develops and extends the simple theme providing a 21st Century musical interpretation of its spirit and meaning.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
