Full of thick close harmonies, quiet passages, loud passages, with a virtually silent ending over some beautiful chords. This particular piece was written for Piano by Scott in 1917, and was dedicated to a friend of his, Archibald Rowan Hamilton, who died of wounds in October 1915. REQUIESCAT. REST IN PEACE.
