Gloria Willingham is an
iconic figure in the Nazarene denomination; her mother was Grace
Ramquist and her grandfather was J. B. Chapman. Oh, and her husband,
Elbert, is the son of T. W. Willingham. Gloria was a schoolteacher
before retirement; she raised two daughters; and she is a lifelong
advocate for world missions. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her
laugh is inspiring...especially considering her long battle with
rheumatoid arthritis. What an honor it was to collaborate with Gloria
on several songs while serving together at Kansas City First Church of
the Nazarene back in the day: she, the missionary president, and I, a
music staff member.
You are looking at one of her mission-themed choruses. It can be used alone or in conjunction with another hymn like "Send the Light" or "Shine, Jesus, Shine". The demo is the accompaniment edition only, but the PDF also includes an SATB edition.
The
purchase price allows you to duplicate as many copies as needed for your
choir and/or praise team and instrumentalists (and even the
congregation if you want to include the music in a worship bulletin).
