2016 Chamber Music Contest Entry: "Dido & Aeneas" is an opera in a prologue and three acts, written by the English Baroque composer Henry Purcell with a libretto by Nahum Tate, sometime before July 1688. This is an arrangement for Wind Quartet and Harpsichord/Keyboard of the song and dance which open Act III, in which preparations are being made for the departure of Aeneas and the Trojan fleet.
