Product Description
This is a fun and upbeat arrangement of John 3: 16 (&17). It's a simple partner song, with both parts sung individually, then put together. There are 2 sets of words, one for Christmas, and one for general use. (The recording uses the Christmas words.)
Part 1: For God so loved the world, he gave to us his Son, his only begotten Son, Praise God! For God so loved the world, he gave to us his Son. Sing glory, glory hallelujah!
Part 2 (Christmas): Love came down at Christmas. Love was in a manger laid. Love came down at Christmas. Glory hallelujah!
Part 2 (General): The Father did not send him to condemn the world, but to give us life eternal. Glory hallelujah!
This could be done with 2-part women, men, or combined, and would work for a children's choir. It's very easy to learn, but lots of fun to sing and listen to. (A tambourine would be a nice touch, too!)
