This is an arrangement of the seventh of twelve trio sonatas originally published in 1694 as "X11 Sonatas of three parts for two Violins and a Bass with a Thorough Bass for y. Organ Harpsichord or Arch Lute". The short movements are; Prelude, Corrente, Grave - Sarabande and Giga. Players of Intermediate standard and above will find this a useful concert item. The bassoon part can also be played on a cello.
