Product Description

Can-Can from "Get the Lead Out!" is scored for string quartet. It was originally performed by full orchestra and chorus as a humorous selection from Iowa's Official Bi-Centennial Musical "Get the Lead Out!" which played to 11,000 at the historic Five Flags Theater in Dubuque, IA in the summer of 1976. The tempo is marked Allegretto but it can be played effectively either faster or slower. Or tempo can be picked up in performance for effect.
