Product Description

This composition was inspired by a poem by Paul Eluard - L'Amoureuse. My father created a poem based on it and I set that translation to music as a hypnotic trio of altos in quasi-canon form over a classical guitar ostinato, in Dorian mode. A later version, called "My Love is far from here", with words by the composer, can also be found on this site The sound sample is sung by the composer but the guitar part in this case uses electronic sounds.
