Product Description

Handel's Messiah is one of the most popular musical works of all time, and choirs around the world perform Part 1 of Messiah every Christmas season.

But Who May Abide the Day of His Coming is a solo piece, sung by an alto or bass. In this arrangement, the solo goes to any clarinet in either the key of Bb or Eb. A bass or contrabass clarinet soloist would be a great choice for this piece, as these instruments are usually not featured as often. This piece could also do perfectly well without it being a solo feature. Parts 1 and 2 have 2-part divisis.

Whichever way you decide to play this arrangement, this would be a great piece to play for the Christmas season.

Duration: 4.5 minutes
