Pilgrim's Song is a delightful arrangement of the music to John Bunyan's hymn He Who Would Valiant Be from his book Pilgrim's Progress. It's specially written for an Intermediate String Orchestra or String Quintet and is more than a straight transcription. It has alternate voicings, a section in a minor key and a bright key change. It's written in the keys of D and G, making it an easy enough piece for most string orchestras, but with enough challenges to keep it interesting.
