Product Description

An a cappella arrangement of The Pogues Christmas smash hit 'Fairytale of New York' for SATB choir, this piece is intended for choirs and carolling groups of an experience level somewhere between beginner and intermediate. The parts are written in a way that is straightforward to learn & sing whilst remaining really fun & interesting. It is a firm favourite of carolling group 'All Change Please' whose 2019 performance of a slightly earlier version of this arrangement can be heard in the accompanying audio sample and YouTube video. This version has been updated so that it is easier to sing and more effective musically. If you decide to purchase and perform this piece, I would love to see a video of your group performing it should you wish to film a performance! My Instagram is @george_montagu and my email is [email protected] :) Many thanks!
