TANGO BALLAD from THE THREEPENNY OPERA for WIND QUINTET - The Threepenny Opera (Die Dreigroschenoper) is a play with music by Bertolt Brecht, adapted from John Gays 18th-century English ballad opera, The Beggars Opera. The music is by Kurt Weill. Tango Ballad (Zuhälterballade) appears in Act 2 and is sung by Macheath (the dramas central antiheroic character) and Jenny (his ex-lover) in which they reminisce on times past. This arrangement is for wind quintet (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn). The set comprises full score and parts. Difficulty level : Intermediate/Advanced.
