Product Description

The title is a mix of Latin and French and basically means "the Resurrection to Fanfare about." It is based on a 1541 work by Palestrina and adapted by 19th Century hymnist William Henry Monk. I took the liberties of changing the time meter. Section A has an intro and a refrain that is repeated. A French sixth chord is used to modulate to a new key in Section B which includes a descant by yours truly. In this section, the intro is repeated and the refrain is not.This is well suited for Easter Sunday.
