I was comissioned to write this piece ten years ago for a youth choir in New Jersey. The piece is acapella with an optional solo for high voice (either a tenor or soprano). Special attention has been given to make sure that each part is within the usual range for each voice.

Unusual in this arrangement is the inclusion of the days of the week verse that is often excluded. "Monday gave me the gift of love, Tuesday peace came from above" and so on.
