Defying Gravity was originally conceived as a suite of these four songs from Wicked entitled Elphaba, including The Wizard and I (1), Im Not That Girl (2), As Long As Youre Mine (3), and Defying Gravity (4), all now available. You may want to consider programming all 4 songs (in this order) and, if so, eliminating some of the repeats. The arrangements flow nicely from one to another with The Wizard and I as the opener and Defying Gravity as the closer, especially appropriate for the suite. Standard instrumentation (5 saxophones, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, piano, guitar, bass, drums, and no doubles).
