Product Description

The rearrangement of notes will prove to be easier to play musically though it may not be easier to read. The original arrangement of the notes are provided for comparison.  

This piece was written for the sight reading test at the piano competition at the Paris Conservatory in 1913. The harmony is definitely of the 20th Century with flexible rhythm and a unmistakenly with a Ravel sound albeit a simple piece comparatively.

It will serve as a good introductory lesson to Ravel's style.
