This traditional English Christmas carol is arranged for 1 Piano, 4 Hands, with a beginner student and teacher combo in mind. The Piano Primo part is written entirely in the treble staff, with stems pointing down for the left hand and stems pointing up for the right hand. Both thumbs share G and are to be played one octave higher throughout the piece. There are helpful fingerings written in as reminders for the student. It is in the key of D minor, making it perfect to introduce key signatures. There are also thoughtful dynamic markings to reinforce this concept for the student.
