The second verse takes on a canon-like style, and before the third verse, there is a long interlude featuring the phrase "Ninety years without slumbering, tick, tock, tick, tock..." at its core.
You can also shorten the song by cutting from measure 66 to measure 97. In that case, please play the bassoon and piano at measure 65 the same way as in measure 63.
