Product Description

This chart was arragned for the Sounds of Honda which was a community choir made of employees from the Honda HQ in Torrance, CA. Since written for a community choir it is an easier version than S-SB (III) and is more on par with S-SB (I). Having said that, you will still find some interesting chordal voicings that will eventually please.

The larger the choir, the better this arrangement sounds. But even if done by a small chorus, you will be pleased. Once again it goes outside of the 'traditional' melodic and harmonic ideas but not by much. It's enough so you notice the differences but pleasing enough that you won't mind them.

If at this point you are torn and can't quite decide if this is the National Anthem for you, then go to my website http://BillORANGELyonsMusic.com and listen to the track and after hearing it the only question might become do I buy The Star-Spangled Banner (I) (available only on UNCJazzPress.com), The Star-Spangled (III) or The Star-Spangled Banner (V).

Enjoy the music. God Bless the USA and enjoy the blessings of the day!
