Product Description

The original 3rd suite for cello by Bach is a masterpiece of writing for a melodic instrument. While fun to play on guitar, its plucked single notes do not take advantage of the harmonic depth which the guitar can deliver. Robert Schumann wrote a piano accompaniment for this suite that provides harmony. This arrangement mines this to show what the guitar can bring. The music has been transposed to A; standard tuning. The other movements are also available.
