Adapted from Sergei Rachmaninoff's Op. 34 No.14 song for Solo Trombone (optional Alto Saxophone) and woodwind quartet - Flute, Clarinet 1, Clarinet 2, Bass Clarinet (optional Bassoon). Trombone up to C6. Not technically difficult for woodwinds, but requires some stamina. Extensive guide cues in aprts to assist ensemble. Written to feature an oustanding musician, teacher and friend in South Australia, David Winnall.
