Product Description
Easy J is a bebop tune written for the University of London Jazz Quintet (as performed on the mp3). Its reminiscent of the early Charlie Parker style, with a few tricky and intricate runs, but which should be easily playable by amateurs.
The chords are also quite nice for improvising over, largely bluesy without too much modulation, and nor are there too many extensions.
The PDF comes with the Leadsheet "score" and parts in Bb, Eb, C [treble clef], C [bass clef].
Happy to provide parts in additional keys if required - just get in touch at michael.roberts@ucl.ac.uk
