Leo Castorena, Jr. (ASCAP) has been in education for over 25 years. His bands have consistently received Division 1 Ratings at UIL Concert Band Contests in Texas and various Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble Festivals in the Southwest. His music has been performed by groups ranging from the Beginning level to Professional groups such as the El Paso Wind Symphony and the Eklectic Jazz Group. An active performer, he is a member of The El Paso Winds and The El Paso Jazz Exchange.  He is constantly at work on new compositions and arrangements for Concert, Chamber, and Jazz Ensembles.
