Joe Cernuto

Joe Cernuto is Director of Bands at Millersville University in Pennsylvania. He teaches courses in instrumental music education, brass methods, music technology, first-year seminar, and is the conductor of the Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, and Marching Band. He spent a distinguised career in the public schools of North Carolina and Oklahoma teaching beginning through high school instrumentalists. Dr. Cernuto also frequently teaches courses in arranging, composition, and orchestration. He specializes in instrumental arranging - including large ensemble (full orchestra, string orchestra, marching band, wind band) and small instrumental ensembles.
