Each version is customized for the individual instrument (choice of key, range, ornaments, etc.).
Volume One contains Twenty-four études in all keys, based upon preludes from The Well-Tempered Clavier.
Volume Two contains Twenty-four études, based upon the Six Partitas (BWV 825-830).
Volume Three contains Thirty-eight études, based upon the Six French Suites (BWV 812-817).
Tenor trombonists will find that the Alto version is excellent for high register practice and alto clef reading.
