Jorge Luis Curiel Ávila (b. 2001) is a composer based in Ciudad Satélite, State of Mexico. His music inside the popular movement broaches Curiel's own life, as he describes it "as a diary, but in music".

He's actually studying a Bacherlor's Degree in Composition at Centro de Investigación y Estudios de la Música (CIEM) at Mexico City and improving his musical skills at Núcleo Integral de Composición (NICO).
