Product Description

Women of God is scored for SATB choir, flute and 2 percussion parts (the score indicates Hand Clap and Claves, but the instruments can be determined by what is available). The original text is inspired by Genesis 1:27, Ephesians 2:10, Genesis 16:13, John 8:7 and Isaiah 62. This anthem celebrates significant women in Biblical Scripture and how they point us to the love of the One who sees and knows all creation.

The verses are set in two melodic sections (A & B) where one verse sets the A section in the minor key. These melodic sections and the use of unison, SATB plus instruments are used to move the narrative forward telling story of the Women of God.
