Product Description
Taino March is a single-movement piece for the Youth Orchestra by Composer William Pagán-Pérez. The work is in the key of D Major. This piece was inspired totally by The Imperial March (Darth Vader Theme) by the legendary composer John Williams and analysis from this video https://youtu.be/m3xPOs9CtJ4.
Composer Pagán-Pérez followed some teachings organized in Volume I of the Suzuki Methods to compose the piece for the string sections and a grade level 1 or 2 for the wind and brass instruments (rhythms, melodies, or range). The key of D Major can be a challenge for the winds and brass (especially for clarinets and trumpets in Bb), but music teachers, conductors, and students will manage the obstacles by practicing scales and arpeggios.
