Product Description

This arrangement is for a full string orchestra: There are 6 voices (parts).  Since most orchestras consist of 50% violins, the first 3 voices are divided equally among Violins 1, 2 and 3; with the last 3 voices going to the Violas, Cellos and Basses.  This chart can be scaled down to almost any sized string ensembles().  If there aren't enough violins to distribute 3 distinct parts, an alternative 2nd Viola is provided [in lieus of Violin 3].  This is my version of the old tune brought to more recent fame by the vocal group Manhattan Transfer.  When printing the parts from the PDF provided, you may see an error message, "A Number Is Out Of Range."  It DOES NOT prevent the correct printing of the included parts.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
