Talking to Myself, an Unaccompanied Discussion for One (Clarinet) is a solo piece written for the technical and expressive qualities of woodwind instruments. The performer is encouraged to experiment with tempos and expressions to find their own interpretation, and to connect their own internal discussion to the music.
The piece is approximately 2 minutes and 30 seconds in length, and is also arranged for Flute, Bass Flute, or Bassoon.
