Third movement of the CA Suite, which also includes Fanfare for the Golden State, and Dec. 1846.
The title is a play on words, of course - gamble, and gambol, which means to frolic.  This is a rollicking Western type of piece, where you can imagine gold miners dancing at a big bash.  For 13 players, 3431, a normal symphony brass section.
