The Concert Study for Viola was written in 2012 after a commission by Andreas Georgotas. Balance between the two parts Lento and Allegro is based in lyricism and virtuosity.  The Greek element prevails in the form of Threnody and Dance.


Η σπουδη για βιολα γραφτηκε μετα απο παραγγελια του Ανδρεα Γεοργοτα τον Σεπτεμβριο του 2012.  Ισσοροπια ερχεται απο τα δυο μερη της σπουδης Lento και Allegro σε λυρισμο και δεξιοτεχνια. Παντα το Ελληνικο στοιχειο βρισκεται στα εργα μου σε μορφη θρηνωδιας και χορου.  Το πρωτο θεμα ειναι επικλητικο σαν προσευχη, το δευτερο λυρικο-ρυθμικο και το τριτο δυναμικο και ανησυχο.
