Christmas Songs for Piano Primer Plus , is a collection of songs chosen by and arranged for my primer students.
Ranging from early to extended primer. Using letters and finger numbers, and advancing through several positions,
students work through the challenge to enjoy playing and singing the songs! They love sharing them with family and
friends!
The songs can be adapted to many teaching styles and method books. The positions range from middle C position, C
position, and a variety of positions to accommodate the melody of each song. Words have been added to help the
student adapt rhythm to the way the words are sung.
Flexible rhythm gives hints to the student of what is to come in future lessons, and teachers can adapt them accordingly.
Eighth notes are used in some instances where the feel of the rhythm dictates, making them a necessity.
