This arrangement of Moon River, featured in the film "Breakfast at Tiffany's," is written for piano four hands which can be performed as a piano duet or duo. It is in the original key sung by Audrey Hepburn, so it can be played with this recording as a reference.
Ideal as a pedagogical piece. Can be played as a concert piece in studio recitals.
For Piano 1: Mostly similar motion between hands, played an octave apart. Some two- or three-note chords in the left hand at the end of page 1 and page 2.
For Piano 2: For teacher or early-intermediate student. Mostly eighth and quarter notes in a waltz-like manner, with some occasional triads.
Easy for beginner-intermediate students to listen and follow along with a teacher or duet partner.
