"Ploemeur Gigue" is a merry piece adopting the rhythm of a quick traditionnal dance : the jig. Composed for solo tenor horn and a brass quintet, this piece is permeated with allusions to traditional Breton music with harmonic colours combining ancient and modern rhythms.
