E. Salpaharju

Coming from my background as a classical violinist wanting to explore different genres with my instrument, I always hear music shaping into something different, and still... the same. I love arranging music, especially for strings (as I am most aquainted with string instruments). What I love even more is to take a rock song and give it that classical feel. I can see my arrangements in wedding music sets. I would love for the average listener to think "hmm I don't know much classical music but there is something familiar about this". I have been composing and arranging music since my early teens but just now I've wanted to get more organised about it. My goal and hope is that someone finds something appealing and worth trying in my versions of these songs and plays them somewhere some day. An added bonus would be to hear a performance of my arrangements.
