Allan Laiño, D.M.A. ("lah-EE-nyoh" or /la 'ʔi njo/) is an award-winning Filipino-American composer and arranger based in the DC metro area. A finalist for the 2020 American Prize in Composition, Laiño creates music that draws from his diverse musical influences and heritage. Laiño currently serves as the Artistic Director of Congressional Chorus and Principal Conductor of the National Children's Chorus and National Youth Opera Academy.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
