Product Description

This is a children's choir piece which is part of 'The Church Cantata', written for the 100th anniversary celebration of First Presbyterian Church in Boulder Colorado in 1995. It has an upbeat feel.....can be used any time, but particularly appropriate for Mother's Day or Father's Day. It has a simple direct message. The lyrics are: I want to I want to thank my father and mother for keeping the Church alive. I want to thank their fathers and mothers before them for helping it survive. Now I want to do my part to see that it stays strong, because someday I will have children and want to pass the Gospel along. The Church is the place where I see my friends and learn about the love that never ends. The Church is where I sing and pray and listen to what the Lord has to say, I want to thank my father and mother for keeping the Church alive. I want to thank their fathers and mothers before them for helping it survive. Now I want to do my part to see that it stays strong, because someday I will have children and want to pass the Gospel along. for keeping the Church alive. I want to thank their fathers and mothers before them for helping it survive.Because someday I will have children and want to pass the Gospel along.
