Another in a series of chorale preludes for organ by Simon Peberdy. The melody to "Maria, breit den Mantel aus" goes back to 1640 and is still popular to this day in catholic churches in German-speaking countries. The original text had 29 verses! I have taken a more fugal approach to this chorale prelude, slightly different to my others to date. One of a series of new organ pieces in different styles to suite all occasions.
