This piece is definitely one of the more challenging pieces I have written for piano but it was a great piece to write. It started out with that strong chordal passage at the beginning and then I eventually came up with section A which was a lot of fun to write. It was a challenge to write but the end result was some of the most interesting and varied music Ive written. Later on, the right hand plays repeated triplets and the left hand supports the harmony with block chords. This is probably one of my favourite parts of the piece as the texture is balanced really well between both hands and the melody is simple and easy to hear on the top of the right hand.

The B section is a much weaker section, I did write this a while after I wrote the A section and while it works, I must admit that I dont like it as much as I like the A section. After the B section, the A section returns and is exactly the same but with a few variations like dynamics, register, and articulation just to keep it interesting and change it up. The Coda comes back to that triplet, block chord texture which I knew I had to finish with and I changed the harmony to make it lengthier and more dramatic. I was very pleased with the end result of the Coda as it sounds like it is always rising and building tension which is a tricky thing to do in music.
