Product Description

The song Spread a Little Happiness was originally written for the 1929 West End musical 'Mr Cinders'.  In the 1980s, it was covered by UK musician Sting and used in the soundtrack of the film version of the Dennis Potter play Brimstone and Treacle.  Amongst other things, the song has also featured in a butter advertisement and as the theme tune for a radio series.

This arrangement for mixed woodwind trio of flute (or oboe), clarinet and bassoon is ideal as background music for birthday or anniversary celebrations, especially those in which the key personnel are of the generation to be familiar with the tune.

For added flexibility, a bass clarinet alternative to the bassoon part is included in the set.
