Product Description

These lovely vocal "Canzonets" for two voices, are, in fact, 2-voice madrigals, whose texts deal with love, nature, or a combination of both. They were composed and printed in London, during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I.

They are wonderful singing material, and can also be performed on two instruments (recorders, viola da gambas, etc.), or even a combination of voice & instrument.

2-voice score (based on the original print part-books), modern (G) clefs.

This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
