and piano. It's written in original key: D flat major. An arrangement is
written for female 4-part ensemble (SSAA), a cappella. It's also available an
arrangement for Tenor solo and TBB a cappella.
Original aria is part of popular operetta Die Fledermaus. The
role of Orlofsky is a trouser role, usually performed by a mezzo-soprano,
sometimes by a countertenor and occasionally--an octive lower--by a full tenor.
It's great for New Year's recital, or some similar occasions.
