This unique arrangement suits high-school, college, and professional bands, bringing in an interesting change with a female vocalist, in contrast to the original male voice. It features an exciting electric guitar solo and creative new melodies while keeping important elements that made the original song popular, such as the catchy guitar riff before the chorus. 

The lead trumpet's higher range reaches an Ab5 (concert). The alto and tenor saxophones have the option to double on clarinets, and the baritone sax to bass clarinet (separate parts are provided for each player).

This version keeps the vulnerability of "Creep", but with added style. The keyboard part calls for a Rhodes or similar electric piano sound, giving the tune a classic, warm sound. Fans of Radiohead will enjoy the familiar guitar riff, a clear nod to the original. The addition of added countermelodies makes the song even more appealing and provides a deeper perspective to the melancholic and poignant feelings expressed by the singer.
