Product Description
This is one of Camille Saint-Saëns's most famous works, even though it
was only known about since his passing, as he only allowed The Swan
to be performed during his lifetime (as he considered the rest too
silly). Originally composed for a small orchestra with few woodwinds, no
brass, a small string section and two pianos, each movement of this
humorous suite paints a musical picture of one of several animals,
including but not limited to lions, elephants, kangaroos and donkeys,
using various techniques to create certain moods.
And now, you
and your sax quartet may purchase this piece to perform my very own
arrangement of this piece - as long as you can find a good pianist and
xylophonist - with 25% off the price you'd pay if you purchased each
movement separately! So what are you waiting for? Order now!
Unfortunately, I am unable to attach the audio file, since it is too large, so here it is on YouTube instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-mRpW0JHCY&t=528s
If you'd like to hear some of my other arrangements, feel free to check
