Product Description

Sensemayá by Silvestre Revueltas - Arrangement for 2 pianos 8 hands and percussion (4 players). The percussion parts are the same as in the orchestral original version (with the addition of some more notes for the xylophone). The percussion instruments required are : 5 timpani, xylophone, large gong, cymbal, claves, raspador, gourd, small Indian drum, 2 tom-toms and bass drum.

The PDF files contains the full score and the percussion part (with piano cues). Due to the rythmic difficulty of this piece, there are no separate parts for the pianos, so that the players have a view on the other parts. The score has to be printed twice for the pianists (one for each piano duet), and 4 copies of the percussion part are required for the percussion players.

Printing instructions :
- print pages 1 to 36 twice in landscape orientation (don't forget to flip on the small edges!)
- print pages 37 to 48 in portrait orientation (for instance as a booklet of 8 pages, 4 copies required)
