Three Evanescences was composed in 2014. The piece can be played by a keyboard instrument or by a mixed ensemble.
The durations of the movements are: 1. - 2:10, 2. - 3:50, 3 - 4:00
The keyboard may be a piano, or any other keyboard instrument such as harpsichord, toy piano, electric piano etc. adapting the playing style to interpret dynamics or note durations where these are otherwise not possible to achieve.
If played by multiple instruments, vary the instrumentation as necessary to observe the written dynamics.
Movement 1 - Optional: suspended cymbal played tremolo with soft beaters until bar 28
Movement 3 - Optional: unpitched rhythmic/pulsed percussion ad lib. until bar 48
