The hymn tune name is WINDSOR or DUNDEE or OLD 116TH. It is sung with various sets of words, including "There Is a Green Hill Far Away" or "Jesus, the Very Thought of Thee", often during Lent. The arrangement is by John R. Knox with verse 4, introduction, and D.C. added by Richard Giszczak.
